1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing the web applications, software products (including Prodit and Pro-Hire), or custom engineering services provided by Proview Marketing Management L.L.C ("Protos.ai"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service under the jurisdiction of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Scope of Services & Engagements
Protos.ai provides bespoke AI workflow automation, SaaS platform development, mobile application engineering, and custom software integration. Specific deliverables, delivery timelines (including our 14-day rapid integration cycles), and financial terms are governed by individual client Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a custom client contract, all proprietary platform frameworks, source code, visual design assets, and algorithmic models developed by Protos.ai remain the intellectual property of Proview Marketing Management L.L.C until final project settlement.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
